eat, drink, travel!
There were about 10 ladies from work and we had the option of indulging in high tea or choosing our meals from the a la carte menu. We decided with the a la carte menu and it was a good decision. My girlfriend and I shared 2 entrees and 2 main meals, just so we could have a taste of more on the menu.
My fav was definitely the wagyu beef tenderloins (pictured above). Tasty! The beetroot, goats cheese and apple jelly was quite different (also pictured above) but I don’t think I could have had the whole plate as an entree on my own, but worth while as a side or shared dish. In the second main meal, I would have liked the skin on the fish to be a little crispier as it was just abit rubbery and chewy for my liking.
A restaurant with a view for sure. The interior can do with an uplift and revamp to make it look more modern as it is quite outdated, but it was a nice lunch event overall.
